These terms govern your use of axonlogistics.io (the “Site”), operated by Axon Logistics Inc. (“Axon,” “we,” “our”). By using the Site or submitting the driver application, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

The Site provides information about Axon and a form for prospective drivers to apply to work with us. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Driver application

Submitting the application does not create an employment or contractor relationship with Axon. Any such relationship, if offered, will be established separately through a written agreement.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program: If you check the SMS consent box on our driver application, you agree to receive text messages from Axon Logistics Inc. about your application and driver onboarding.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status of your application and onboarding.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can resubscribe by contacting us.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at drivers@axonlogistics.io.

Carriers: Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information collected for SMS.

Intellectual property

The Axon name, logo, and Site content are the property of Axon Logistics Inc. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axon Logistics Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
