Information we collect
When you submit the driver application on this site, we collect the information you provide, which includes:
- Name (first and last)
- Contact information: email address and phone number
- ZIP code of the area you want to deliver in
- Vehicle information: vehicle type and confirmation that you hold a valid driver's license
- Any delivery experience you choose to describe (optional)
- Your SMS consent selection (optional)
We do not use cookies or third-party analytics on this marketing site beyond what is required to operate the site and its host.
How we use your information
The information you submit is used solely for driver recruiting and onboarding — reviewing your application, contacting you about next steps, and, if you are brought on as a driver, setting up your driver account and route assignments.
SMS messages
If you check the SMS consent box on the application, we may send text messages to the phone number you provide about your application status and driver onboarding. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share application information only with the service providers we use to operate this site and deliver our email and messaging (for example, our web host and our transactional email provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We retain application information for as long as needed to evaluate your application and, if you are onboarded, to administer your driver relationship. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the information you submitted, or withdraw your SMS consent at any time, by emailing drivers@axonlogistics.io. You can also stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
